The deluxe barbecue menus are serve yourself all you can eat buffets. The buffet tables will remain open for two hours from the start of service.

All menus can be customized at your request. Please don’t hesitate to ask.

Included in all barbecues
Condiments, all paper goods and plastic utensils, serving tables with tablecloths and serving equipment. Cups will be provided if the beverage service is ordered. The food is cooked on location, and the service area will be cleaned afterwards.

Upon booking a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of the event. No later than two weeks prior to the event a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due at the close of the event. If the buffet line is requested for longer than the typical two hour serve time it will be billed at $50.00 per hour. All prices are for events ranging from 30 to 100 people. Events outside of that range may require an additional service charge.
